We have now filed formal, powerful complaints with the three most relevant regulatory bodies:

1. UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): A full complaint for serious GDPR breaches and deliberate data tampering. We have irrefutable proof they sent a fraudulent transaction report missing a critical hour of data. This is no longer disputable.
2. Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS): A claim for financial misconduct and compensation. This is where we demand restitution for the very real, tangible harm their actions have caused. They can order Lottoland to pay.
3. UK Gambling Commission (UKGC): A report on their breach of license conditions for unfair treatment and lack of transparency. They have the power to fine them or revoke their license to operate in the UK.

This is a coordinated strike aimed at their legality, their finances, and their license to operate.

The robotic, nonchalant responses? A tactic to dehumanize and exhaust. They recite words delivered to them with no second thought, copy and paste ready made answers to active conversations, they reply on phones with the same lines over and over again, without acknowledging themselves, they’re not even waiting to hear the answers to their questions..

They do not see us. They see a problem to be managed. And that is why we must speak in a language they cannot ignore: the law, public exposure, and unbreakable demand.

Monday: Bringing The Big Guns

This does not stop with regulators. On Monday, we escalate further, we did the ICO press today:

• Claims Court: We will file a formal lawsuit. This transitions from a complaint to a legal demand for damages.
• National Media: This story will be delivered to investigative journalists. The public will know how Lottoland operates and how regulators enable it.

This work was never meant to be done alone. It is a collective stand for sovereignty.
