Thank you for your email of 16th September and for considering my application. Before addressing your specific requests, I would like to make something clear.
Long email, I know, pardon my attention to detail, but it’s imperative there’s honesty and transparency from the get go, to make sure the right support is aligned. This is where our paths either collide or we go our separate ways. Hopefully the first one.
I know the way I present my case goes beyond a narrow legal brief. That’s intentional. My work is not just about Lottoland, yet they stifled my whole work out of fear of accountability (corporate bureaucracy & politics) — it’s about using this case as an opportunity for wider change. Whoever steps into this with me will not just be resolving one dispute, but also engaging with a much larger vision that connects law, sovereignty, and consciousness.
This doesn’t mean I expect XXXXX to take on that whole vision. Your role is clear: connecting people like me to barristers who can step in where access to justice would otherwise be out of reach. And I deeply respect that — I love the fact that you offer support to those who can’t afford the law that is meant to protect us all. It’s exactly why I applied to you, and why I would gladly encourage donations and support for XXXX as my case develops. Yet you won’t need to be mentioned in my production, and can be a hidden supportive resource, as I appreciate your cause, I wouldn’t want to stifle your work with exposure, reason why I give you the offload perspective so we can better understand the next steps. Please take your time going through this if you can. Otherwise I will have to take the longer route of enticing big law firms, with the trajectory of my case, yet that would take longer.
What it does mean is that I have standards of my own. I’m looking for more than a transactional one-off. I want a barrister who understands the depth, who has the courage to stand at the forefront of something bigger, and who can build a relationship with me through this case and beyond. That intensity is what bends life in my world, and I believe it can also bring real benefits to the legal field.
With that framing, please find my responses to your requests for information below.:
1. Subject Access Request (SAR) Documents
I enclose the documents received from EU Lotto Ltd (Lottoland) in response to my SAR. These include:
- Transaction history documents provided (with a critical one-hour segment missing, which is the central issue).
- Correspondence showing inconsistencies and acknowledgement from Lottoland.
- Evidence of unlawful disclosure of another customer’s personal data.
If any additional formatting or specific presentation is required, please let me know and I will resubmit.
2. Exhausting Options – Complaints to Regulators
- UK Gambling Commission (UKGC): I have already filed a complaint and received acknowledgement. I will provide copies of the complaint and any response received as attachments.
- Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA): As Lottoland is licensed in Gibraltar, I have also escalated complaints there. However, they have been silent for over two weeks, failing to provide updates or timelines. This silence, I argue, constitutes regulatory negligence.
- ICO (UK Information Commissioner’s Office): A full GDPR complaint has been filed for data tampering, late response, and unlawful disclosure. Confirmation and reference details are attached.
3. Additional Context
The “missing hour” in my SAR data is not a minor discrepancy but correlates to substantial financial harm, including possible withheld winnings. The delay in resolution has already had serious consequences on my personal circumstances.
I have been recording and reporting everything publically as well, as my blog is the script to my future movie and have claimed all my creations to be mine, so they can’t be used against me, as I’m intending to patent myself, my existence and my story, you’ll see from the content of the emails, I’m no regular person, as I will be applying for both a Pulitzer and a Nobel Price for my creations, it’s imperative I also patent myself as soon as possible.
Here is the Blog. I have not released that I might be working with you, but I did that I am working with a law firm, as multiple people have used and shared parts of it, I will at some point get an IT to trace back tech-traffic, as everything gets saved in the blockchain these days. My advices are also my creations.
Unheard of, and exactly one of the reasons why I’m doing it, as I will then value all my creations, which at this point should be around the Billions, in regards to their value on paper, I will attach some and allow you all the time needed to go through it.
I offer any amount you see fit to cover all of your services, as I am certain of having a Win here, based on my insightfulness and cunningness, all I ask is your most attentive, efficient and effective selves, as I got here for professional negligence, I wouldn’t want to experience it with the people I give my case to. The documents might be overwhelming, so I do advice to take them in at pace, and the only request is if you can find me the best barrister to deliver this, there’s a bigger plan I have for the law world, as meta-physical aspects of life have not challenged, nor being included in the way we rule things.
Does this mean that in a couple of years, whether with you or else, I will be changing the majority of the constitutions, yes, so probably everything you’ve learned too, sorry in advance, but it’s for humanity at large, not just lawyers, and I offer the opportunity to people to be part of it, until the deny themselves. Feel free to go through the documentations before you judge, as you will find I have all the receipts that individuals like EInstein and Tesla, didin’t, the courage to take physics in everything, not just the world of science.
I trust the confidentiality starts from here, and any of my material will only be used to illustrate to the barristers that could be involved in the severity and depth of this, giving them the opportunity to sit at the forefront of change, or fall in redundancy.
Winning with Lottoland, will only be a slingshot to the bigger plan, and I understand if you fear authorities who rely on the OWO might cause fear in you, as the Elites don’t want systematic change to this degree, as it benefits them, but I’m looking for courageousness, as I will do it, the matter is who with. My business 4Honeth, will be the last thing I qualify myself for, so that my child can enter this world with the best odds in her favour, law included, for her to say she’s a patent of herself, and in being so not a name certified in a document that represents her birth certificate, which gives her away to a system that doesn’t have her best interest in mind. She’s not a ship. – Water laws (Pun intended, they know what I mean here, do your research y’all)
My offer will be based on the services and perspective you will provide, though I sense if they decide to go to court, we’ll have a minimum of £500M, as my company alone is around the £300M mark on paper.
