I’m nurturing a TV series,
a film,
a reality show,
a systemic class action,
a political party,
a job starting,
a hobbie,
a book,
and all the backend architecture that makes any of that real.
I’m also on my period.
Spending time with my cat.
In relationship with people.
In relationship with life.
Life isn’t “on hold” while I build systems.
It’s the medium I build them in.
There’s a lie that creation must look sterile,
that vision happens in silence,
that seriousness means sacrificing the body, the heart, the mundane, the messy, the hormonal, the tender.
No.
This is what integration looks like:
big vision held inside ordinary days,
world-building between feeding the cat and answering messages,
architecture drawn while the body is doing what bodies do.
Life flowing doesn’t mean life is easy.
It means nothing is being postponed until I’m “ready enough” to live.
I’m not compartmentalising creation away from being human.
I’m letting being human power the creation.
That’s the difference between burning out for a vision
and building a vision that can survive a life.
