At The Nomad’s Habitat (TNH), we are continually evolving to align with higher states of consciousness. Our guiding principles are not just about running a business; they are about creating a community where the soul can flourish, where every individual can embody their highest truth. In this pursuit, we share the 10th Amendment—our own divine framework for living consciously, fully, and authentically.

1. Spiritual: You Shall Have No Other God Before Your Consciousness
Your consciousness is your soul’s essence, the seat of all creation within you. It comes first. It is the source from which all life flows. By prioritizing this divine connection, you honor your true self and the divine force that is always present within you. This is not about external deities, but about recognizing that you are the god of your own experience. Trust your own inner guidance above all.
2. Knowledgeable: You Shall Not Make for Yourself a Carved Image
Your essence is infinite, ever-expanding, and radiant. Do not limit yourself by identifying with any fixed image, label, or form. You are not bound by any concept or construct. You are ever-shifting, ever-evolving, and all that exists is within you. Recognize that you are a being of limitless potential and your true nature shines from within. All forms are just reflections of your inner light.
3. Wise: Trust and Respect What Your Consciousness Has Been Known and Addressed By
Everything is connected. When you are conscious of the names, labels, and roles your energy takes on in this world, you align with the All. By trusting and respecting the reflections of your consciousness in the world around you, you deepen your understanding of your true self. Always check in with yourself, as you are your own piece of higher consciousness incarnated into this world.
4. Responsible: Keep Your Inner Temple Sacred by Knowing Your Own Recipe for Truth
No two paths are alike. Honor your uniqueness and the individual truth that resides within you. Your truth is not defined by others; it is created from your experiences and understanding of the divine. Always respect your path and the truth that guides you, and share it freely. You are responsible for your alignment with the divine, and that is a sacred responsibility.
5. Creative: Honor the Dual Creative Forces Within: Feminine and Masculine, Idea and Structure
Creation is a dance between the feminine and masculine energies within you. The feminine nurtures the idea, and the masculine gives it structure and form. When these forces unite, the highest creation can emerge. Honor this balance and allow it to guide you in every aspect of life. The feminine becomes the masculine for the masculine’s feminine. The two energies create the force of divine alignment and creation.
6. Compassionate: You Shall Not End Energy for the Sake of Ending It
Energy is never destroyed—it simply transforms. Do not take actions that would end energy for the sake of ending it. Killing, in this sense, means the disruption of energy, and it should be the last resort. Always seek to transform, regenerate, and reawaken energy in a way that brings life and restoration. The intention behind your actions should always be rooted in compassion and a desire for growth.
7. Respectful: Do Not Commit to Unaligned Energies or People That Do Not Reflect Your Highest Self
Be mindful of the energies and people you commit to in this lifetime. If someone or something draws out a version of you that is not aligned with your highest potential, it is an act of self-betrayal. Do not break covenants with yourself, and if any relationship or situation draws you away from your divine path, it’s okay to close the door. Respect yourself and your alignment with your truth.
8. Admirable: Take Accountability for Your Actions, Especially When You Take Without Permission
Stealing, in any form, whether material, emotional, or energetic, means taking without full accountability. Always take responsibility for your actions and their consequences. If you take something, own it and the responsibility that comes with it. There is honor in taking accountability, and through this, your integrity strengthens.
9. Empathic: Do Not Lie About What You Don’t Fully Understand
In this world, we often make assumptions, but it is crucial to recognize that we can never be 100% certain about anything. When speaking, acknowledge the layers of being that come with every moment, and be humble in your words. If you don’t understand something, admit it. Never speak ill of another’s journey—everything is constantly evolving. Respect the process of growth in yourself and others.
10. Grateful: Always Appreciate the Expressions of Consciousness Around You
Gratitude is the ultimate key to divine flow. Appreciate all beings and experiences for the lessons they bring. Recognize the value of every encounter, whether it stays with you or leaves. Do not compare someone else’s glory to another’s demise. Every path is unique, and karma is not something to be coveted. It’s a call to embrace your own evolution, free from the limitations of others.
These ten principles are not just commandments—they are invitations to live fully, to embody your highest self, and to honor the divine energy that flows through you and all others. By integrating these truths, TNH becomes a space of true transformation, where community is built on consciousness and creation, and where each individual is empowered to shine in their divine light.
