Take what resonates. Leave the rest. This is your mirror. Not your master.
We are all walking compositions—symphonies played across dimensions.
Every action, word, and silence is a note in the ever-looping melody of give and receive.
We often talk about “balance,” but balance is more than just equal energy in and out—it’s about multidimensional circulation. When we say “as above, so below,” we aren’t just romanticizing a cosmic law. We’re talking about a very real system of energetic flow that, when honored, allows life to move through us freely and miraculously.
Let’s break it down.
The Planes of Being & the Pillars of Life
At the heart of our experience lie four Planes of Existence:
- Physical
- Emotional
- Mental
- Spiritual

Within these planes, we interact with life through three embodied perspectives:
- I (Self-awareness)
- Us (Unity Consciousness)
- You (Relational Reflection)
And woven through all of them are the 7 Pillars of Life:
- Curiosity (I Think)
- Vision (We See)
- Embodiment (You Do)
- Nurture (We Ground the Physical)
- Truth (We Listen Emotionally)
- Harmony (We Clarify Mentally)
- Integration (We Complete Spiritually)
These seven pillars are not abstract. They are the tuning forks of our inner ecosystem. They map how we interact with life and how life interacts with us—internally and externally.
The Natural Flow of Energy: Give from Spirit → Receive from Body
Think of it like breathing.
We give from our highest dimension—the Spirit—downward.
We receive from our most grounded dimension—the Physical—upward.
When you give from your spirit, you offer your essence—truth, inspiration, insight, love. This is your offering to life.
When you receive from the physical, you accept what life brings—touch, rest, nourishment, wealth, presence.
This is how the sacred circuit is completed:
- Spirit inspires.
- Mental plane makes sense of it.
- Emotional plane feels its truth.
- Physical plane grounds and reflects it back.
We give from Integration to Nurture (Spiritual → Physical).
We receive from Nurture to Integration (Physical → Spiritual).
When this circuit is flowing, miracles happen.
When it’s blocked, life gets… stuck.
Blockages in the Circuit: When One Direction Fails
What happens when we give but don’t receive?
We burn out. We resent. We dissociate.
Many spiritual leaders, givers, and empaths fall here—so attuned to the upper planes that they neglect the physical return.
What happens when we receive without giving?
We stagnate. We self-sabotage. We hoard without knowing why.
Some materially successful people live here—deeply fed by the world, but starving for purpose.
What happens when we give only from the emotional and expect from the mental?
We expect logic to validate feelings. Miscommunication thrives. Trust erodes.
What happens when we embody someone else’s vision instead of our own?
We fracture. We resent. We lose track of where I ends and You begins.
In every plane, we must learn to:
- Give what we have to give (not what we wish we had)
- Receive what is truly offered (not what we hope to extract)
A New Map for Energetic Exchange
Let’s see how the cycle of Give & Receive flows across all planes and positions:
| Plane | I (Give) | Us (Exchange) | You (Receive) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spiritual | Give Insight / Presence (Integration) | Merge Intentions / Prayer / Alchemy | Receive as Remembrance / Activation |
| Mental | Give Clarity / Concept (Harmony) | Align Narratives / Strategies | Receive Reflection / Feedback |
| Emotional | Give Vulnerability / Truth | Hold Shared Feeling / Empathy | Receive Understanding / Compassion |
| Physical | Give Action / Presence / Touch | Co-create / Build | Receive Nurture / Grounded Support |
The I expresses what it knows and holds. The Past.
The Us reflects how it transforms and connects. The Present.
The You integrates how it lands and is received. The Future.
We can trace any relationship, project, or moment of inner work through this cycle.
The Lesson of Sovereign Exchange
Most blockages come not from our intentions, but from our expectations:
- “If I give you this emotionally, I expect you to return it mentally.”
- “If I embody your vision, I expect you to remember mine.”
But divine exchange isn’t transactional. It’s circular.
It teaches us to give from wholeness and receive with openness.
We must give from the spirit down, not out of obligation or performance.
We must receive from the body up, as an act of divine remembrance.
That’s what makes giving sacred. That’s what makes receiving graceful.
And when we hold both with reverence, we activate the infinite loop of life.
But even this sacred circulation evolves.
We also need to realise that the as above, so below perspective shifts once sovereignty enters the formula.
To remain bound by this dualistic phrasing is to remain in duality.
True sovereignty doesn’t just exist in one plane—it expands across seven.
To be sovereign in the 3D is to be sovereign in the oversoul, to hold a living awareness of what was, what is, what will be, and what could be.
The real phrase—lost in translation—is:
“The above of the below, as the below of the above.”
Not just balance, but interwoven emergence.
Not symmetry, but symbiosis.
Final Words: Check Your Flow
Ask yourself:
- Am I giving from a full cup or a fear of loss?
- Am I receiving with openness or suspicion?
- Is this aligned with the pillar of curiosity, vision, embodiment?
- Am I nurturing what’s been given?
- Am I speaking and living truth?
- Am I creating harmony?
- Am I allowing integration?
Give from Integration.
Receive from Nurture.
Complete the Cycle of You.
Because when you become the circuit…
You become the miracle.
