…but many layers, timelines, and echoes, each with a different voice to be heard.
We often say, “Look at the past with compassion.” But we rarely ask: Which Past? And to which Present am I grounded in or choose to pave? As that becomes the filter of perception.
Not every memory lives in the same frequency. Not every version of you is speaking from the same truth. And not every “past” is meant to be understood in the same way.
There’s the distant past—pre-2025.
And there’s the recent past—the last 6 months.
Two very different timelines. Two very different creators.
✨ Cycle 1: The Pre-2025 Past
Everything I experienced in the first half of this journey—the discomforts, projections, surprises, even miracles—stemmed from the foundation work that came before January 2025.
That was the first creation cycle.
It laid the blueprint, the architecture, the bones. It was the house I stepped into. I guess where I dropped the physical door to door podcasting, the universe unknowingly took me elsewhere.
And because that version of me built it from what they knew then, it came with echoes, unprocessed beliefs, and deep unconscious desires. It was beautiful and messy. It was honest. It was alive.
And it built the reality I stepped into this year.
So when I found myself navigating certain dynamics, encounters, or reflections early this year, I can now remember: I was just seeing what I had placed into motion in the earlier cycle.
It wasn’t a punishment.
It wasn’t karma.
It was a delayed echo of my own creation.
That cycle wasn’t wrong.
It just needed completion.
And as it completed, a second wave of creation was already stirring.
⚡ Cycle 2: The Recent Past — January to June 2025
In the last 6 months, I began creating from a different place:
More self-awareness.
More compassion.
More neutrality.
Less grasping, more witnessing.
This second creation of content recorded 6 months ago, didn’t just change my external reality—it clarified it. It refined my perception of the present moment and began constructing a more aligned present-future.
And that’s the power of timing.
You don’t just look at “the past.”
You look at which past built your now.
And which past is still in process of becoming.
Some echoes are still arriving. Some are already complete.
🧩 Contextual Compassion: An Invitation to New Humans
If you’re a new human—one who’s choosing to live awake, heart-led, and intentionally—you must give yourself contextual compassion.
Ask:
🌀 Which past am I remembering?
🌀 Which self am I projecting onto this moment?
🌀 Which cycle of creation is this energy coming from?
Otherwise, you risk confusing timelines. You may judge your present from the lens of an outdated version of yourself. You might reject someone’s love because you still expect them to be the person they were in Cycle 1. You may abandon an opportunity because your nervous system hasn’t caught up to the newer blueprint of safety.
This is the subtle difference between reliving and re-understanding.
🌱 The Dance of DNA: How Energy Moves
Think of life like strands of DNA: two energetic forces weaving through one another, not as mirror reflections, but as rhythmic partners. Each twist and twirl pushes the story forward—until one thread mutates, evolves, or completes, and the next cycle begins. We speak each others stories, until we ascend those stories.
This is how timelines shift.
This is how new species are born—metaphorically and literally.
A single new strand alters the dance.
A single decision, perception, or pattern break, changes the sequence.
And you are that strand. We all are and we crossways in magical ways.
🌌 Final Reflection: Don’t Just Be Kind. Be Precise.
Looking at the past with compassion is noble.
But looking at it with contextual clarity is wise.
Don’t treat a January 2023 trigger the same way you treat a June 2025 refinement.
Don’t hold someone hostage to a past they’ve already healed from.
Don’t hold yourself hostage to a blueprint you’ve already outgrown.
Don’t confuse timelines. Check the source of the energy.
We’re not walking linear stories anymore.
We’re dancing multi-threaded timelines.
It’s not about “getting over” the past. It’s about understanding which one you’re in conversation with—and why.
🕊 To All New Humans:
Give space to your evolutions.
See your growth in sequences, not in shame.
The past you see now isn’t a reflection of failure—it’s a reminder of how far you’ve traveled and the cycle you now stand ready to complete.
Look back only to love.
Then look forward and build.
