Closed mouths never get fed, and most times it’s not even our lips sending the requests out. Sometimes it’s our minds, broadcasting thoughts like radio signals into the field, and others pick up the frequency without us ever speaking. Other times, our soul cries out in silence, summoning experiences that may look like the opposite of what we thought we wanted—because on a deeper level, our soul is asking for radical change.
Our souls did not come here to stay stagnant. They came to evolve, to expand, to remember. To know better, and then to do better. The heartache we encounter along the way is not a mistake; it is an initiation. I should not concern myself too heavily with the pain of hurting hearts, because those hearts have asked to be broken open. Not out of cruelty, but out of destiny—because the breaking leads to unconditional love. The crack is the doorway where light enters.
So why, then, do we still carry so much fear in being seen, in speaking up, in holding one another accountable? Why do we tremble before mirrors that only reflect our own face back to us? We are all one. We are all the same. Just in different shades of the spectrum of our existence.
None of us really what we were asking for, as we never fully re-membered all parts of us in one time alone. We’ve been scattered over time, not realising we can all it all at once, we just have to go through the momentary stress of throwing it all away, so we can see what we really want to hold on to.
What they say “You only learn how much you value something, when you lose it.”
It is because of the frequencies of forgetting, the states of consciousness that pull us away from the truth of Oneness. They manifest like this:
- Fear — the primal contraction that whispers, “I am not safe.” It overrides the remembrance that All is Self. Social anxiety is simply fear amplified by imagined judgment.
- Shame — the inner verdict, “I am unworthy to belong,” which paints the illusion of exile from the Whole.
- Guilt — the chains of past action, clinging as though they define essence, keeping us from flowing into the eternal Now.
- Comparison / Envy — the blindness to another’s light as our own reflection, replacing abundance with scarcity in the mirror.
- Judgment (of self or others) — building hierarchies where none exist, fragmenting what is inherently unified.
- Attachment to Control — exhausting ourselves to manage how we appear in the mirror, forgetting the mirror is us.
- Isolation / Alienation — clinging to the belief that our experience is singular, when in truth it is universal.
- Distrust — a fracture of faith in the Self’s unfolding, projected outward as suspicion of others.
None of this is balanced sight. None of this is the voice of wholeness. These states are distortions—smoke veils across the mirror. So why hold on to them? They are no longer ours to carry.
Because here is the truth: it isn’t what kills us from the outside in that destroys us. It is what we allow to rot us from the inside out. Fear, shame, judgment, guilt—these are silent poisons. They are insidious, suicidal frequencies that erode the soul’s natural radiance.
To ignore the root cause is not wisdom. To bypass the wound is not strength. It is irresponsibility. If we are to evolve, if we are to walk as One again, we must act upon it. We must name these distortions, release them, and return to balanced sight. Only then can we speak with open mouths and open hearts, feeding one another with the truth that has been waiting to be remembered all along.
So instead of just breaking heart, I’ll find champions from every industry and see what we want to hold onto and what we need to discard. I need to learn your industries to connect with them and see what it means to be part of it.
