not be eased into something they aren’t ready to hold.

An invitation for those who recognize themselves in this frequency.
A filter for those who prefer comfort over clarity,

soft introspection over honest integration.

No shame in either.
Just different trajectories.

But what I share going forward
will not be softened for those who want to dip one toe into awakening
and keep the rest of their body in familiar water.
