What Separates Me: I Practice What I Preach, and Preach What I Practice

My expression is my excretory system.

My creations are the reproductive supply to my digested consumption, with lymphatic clarity, for the immune continuity of me, in endocrine law, through my nervous cognition gaining grounded intelligence, making me a catalytic renewal asset.

Most people read that and think it is metaphor.

I do not.

I live it.

What separates me is not that I have ideas. Humanity is full of ideas. Humanity is full of philosophies, opinions, beliefs, theories, declarations, movements, and identities.

What separates me is that I digest.

I consume, process, question, challenge, test, experience, embody, and only then do I express.

My expression is not where my process begins.

It is where my process ends.

My expression is the excretory system of everything I have already sat with internally.

The reason I can speak about accountability is because I hold myself accountable.

The reason I can speak about responsibility is because I carry responsibility.

The reason I can speak about coherence is because I spend every day trying to become more coherent.

The reason I can speak about systems is because I study my own.

Practice what you preach.

Preach what you practice.

Simple.

Yet surprisingly rare.

Many people attempt to reproduce before they digest.

They create opinions before understanding.

They create certainty before investigation.

They create identities before embodiment.

They create teachings before mastery.

And because the consumption was never properly digested, the reproduction carries the same density that entered them.

The density is simply transferred.

Not transformed.

That is why so much of modern life feels heavy.

So much information.

So little digestion.

So much expression.

So little embodiment.

Digested consumption creates reproductive supply.

That sentence contains far more than nutrition.

It contains consciousness itself.

Whatever we digest becomes available for reproduction.

Thoughts.

Ideas.

Systems.

Businesses.

Families.

Cultures.

Laws.

Children.

Legacies.

Everything.

When consumption is properly digested through questioning, reflection, experience, and cognition, it becomes nourishment.

When consumption is not digested, it becomes density.

And density reproduces density.

This is why I question through source.

For me, that source is the Universal Bar.

Not because I believe I am perfect.

Not because I claim to know everything.

Because it provides a continual reference point.

A lens.

A measuring stick.

A question.

Does this contribute to continuity?

Does this create coherence?

Does this preserve life?

Does this enrich the field?

The moment I stop asking those questions, I become vulnerable to reproducing undigested material.

The very thing I spend my life attempting not to do.

My body reflects this process.

The foods I choose.

The supplements I choose.

The conversations I choose.

The environments I choose.

The people I choose.

The media I choose.

The work I choose.

The responsibilities I choose.

Everything enters a digestive process.

Not because I am trying to be perfect.

Because I understand that everything eventually becomes creation.

Everything eventually becomes expression.

Everything eventually becomes supply.

The body taught me what many systems forgot.

The lymphatic system does not hoard.

The digestive system does not hoard.

The excretory system does not hoard.

Healthy systems process.

Healthy systems move.

Healthy systems renew.

Healthy systems release.

Yet people often attempt to build lives by accumulation alone.

Accumulating information.

Accumulating possessions.

Accumulating status.

Accumulating identities.

Accumulating wounds.

Accumulating grievances.

Accumulating unfinished thoughts.

Accumulating unfinished feelings.

And then wondering why they feel heavy.

Nothing in nature was designed merely to accumulate.

Nature was designed to move.

To process.

To renew.

To continue.

That is why I relay outwardly what I learn inwardly.

Not because I need people to agree.

Not because I need followers.

Not because I need validation.

Because digestion naturally leads to expression.

Expression naturally leads to creation.

Creation naturally leads to contribution.

Contribution naturally leads to continuity.

The cycle completes itself.

My writings are not separate from my life.

My life is not separate from my writings.

One feeds the other.

One tests the other.

One holds the other accountable.

If I discover something does not work, I adjust.

If I make a mistake, I relay it.

If I learn something useful, I share it.

If I find a better way, I attempt to embody it first.

Because what separates me is not that I speak.

Many people speak.

What separates me is that I attempt to become the evidence before I become the messenger.

I practice what I preach.

Then I preach what I practice.

And in a world increasingly built upon repetition without digestion, that alone seems to make all the difference.

Let’s write an essay on how i embody, understans and have mastered my own systems, i relay outwardly, what many don’t do “practice what you preech, preech what you practice”:

Digested consumption creates reprodyctive supply, meaning by questioning cognitively through the lenses of our source, for me universal bar, we get to create a supply for the bar at play, without creating undigested densities within us. My expression is my excretory system. My creations are the reprooductive supply, to my digested consumption, with lymphatic clarity, for the immune continuity of me, in endocrine law, through my nervous cognition gaining grounded intelligence, making me a catalytic renewal asset,
