Music in the background for our texts, cause in shs tv we get paid to add them, otherwise we create from scratch.
SHS TV: THE THREE ASSETS THAT CHANGE THE COST OF CREATION
The more I build SHS TV, the more obvious it becomes that its cost cannot be understood by looking at how conventional entertainment companies operate.
SHS TV has three assets that fundamentally change the equation:
ME.
TIME.
SHS’S ATTAINED SOVEREIGN GOVERNANCE.
And together, those three things allow me to approach creation completely differently.
1. ME.
I am the writer.
I am the director.
I am the producer.
I am the person developing the vision.
I am the metaphysical expert.
I am developing the governance that sits around it.
I am not starting by needing a whole organisation of people simply to make the organisation exist.
I can create the first version myself.
AI can temporarily perform production functions that would otherwise require additional people — editing, assembly and other technical tasks — under my direction, my guidelines and my creative decisions.
That means I can actually build the vision rather than waiting until I can afford an entire team.
And that is not about replacing humans permanently.
It is about temporarily occupying the roles until humans can enter them.
2. TIME.
Most conventional production costs rise because everything has to happen quickly.
People have to be paid.
Schedules have to be maintained.
Deadlines have to be met.
Teams have to be coordinated.
Projects have to generate returns.
I don’t need SHS TV to operate like that.
I have time.
That means I can make one thing properly instead of making ten things quickly.
I can research.
I can reconstruct.
I can develop.
I can test.
I can let an audience grow naturally.
I can start with a small geographical reach and expand as the platform develops.
There is no reason I need to build global infrastructure before there is a global audience.
I can begin in one country.
Then another.
I can let word of mouth carry part of the growth.
I can make small marketing investments where they actually matter.
I don’t have to spend enormous amounts of money buying attention simply because the industry is accustomed to launching at scale.
Time reduces the pressure to spend. Yet if humanity wants the project to speed up, they’ll have to pay for it. Otherwise, sit and wait.
3. SHS’S ATTAINED SOVEREIGN GOVERNANCE.
This is the part that changes the structure itself.
SHS Governance is intended to allow creation beyond the ways in which the current system has organised creation.
That matters because the current system has accumulated layer after layer of costs around people’s ability to create.
Permissions.
Licensing structures.
Intermediaries.
Platform fees.
Administrative requirements.
Compliance processes.
Distribution costs.
Access costs.
Legal structures.
Industry gatekeeping.
Separate systems deciding what can be created, how it can be distributed and who can profit from it.
SHS Governance is designed to cut away as much of that imposed cost as its own governance framework permits.
Not because creation should be careless.
Because creation should not automatically become expensive simply because an existing system has built a mechanism around it.
That is one of the purposes of SHS Governance.
To ask:
What is genuinely necessary for a conscious creation to exist safely and responsibly, and what has simply become another layer of cost between the creator and the creation?
That question can remove a tremendous amount of unnecessary expenditure.
I DON’T NEED TO BUILD EVERYTHING THAT OTHER COMPANIES HAVE TO BUILD.
I don’t need a giant workforce from day one.
I don’t need a giant production facility.
I don’t need a huge marketing operation.
I don’t need global distribution immediately.
I don’t need a massive catalogue assembled before launch.
I don’t need to produce everything at once.
I don’t need to spend money simply because a conventional production schedule says I should.
And I don’t need to automatically accept every cost that has been attached to creative work by the existing system.
SHS Governance is designed to remove those barriers wherever it can.
That leaves the money available for what actually matters:
creation.
AI IS NOT THE THIRD ASSET.
This is important.
AI is not the foundation of SHS TV.
Me, time and SHS Governance are the foundation.
AI is the infrastructure operating inside that foundation.
It can temporarily perform functions that human beings can later occupy.
It can help me edit.
It can help me assemble.
It can help me produce.
It can make the first version possible before I have the human workforce that the mature version will eventually require.
And there is a reason I want to do it that way.
People need to see what they are being invited into.
If they cannot see the thing, they don’t know what to contribute to.
They don’t know the standards.
They don’t know the philosophy.
They don’t know the purpose.
They don’t know the mindset required to participate.
So first:
Build it.
Then:
Show it.
Then:
Let humanity enter it.
SHS TV DOESN’T NEED TO START BIG.
It only needs to start.
I can launch with a manageable reach.
I can build the infrastructure around actual demand.
I can let the audience grow.
I can let the catalogue grow.
I can let the seasons remain open.
I can keep developing the platform while it is already functioning.
That means I am not spending today’s money to solve tomorrow’s problems.
I solve today’s problem.
Then tomorrow arrives.
And I solve tomorrow’s problem.
THE AUDIENCE DOESN’T HAVE TO CARRY THE COST.
SHS TV is intended to be free to watch.
The economic model is not based on making people repeatedly pay simply to access the world being created.
The value is in the digital real estate surrounding the platform.
The entertainment brings people into the ecosystem.
The ecosystem creates digital value.
That value finances the infrastructure.
And that infrastructure can continue expanding.
More creation.
More opportunities.
More people.
More human participation.
More human employment.
Eventually, the very roles that AI temporarily occupied can become opportunities for people.
That is the trajectory.
AND THAT IS WHY THE COST OF SHS TV CAN BE SO DIFFERENT.
A conventional system can make every additional step more expensive.
SHS is designed to question each step.
Do we actually need this?
Can I do this myself?
Can technology temporarily handle it?
Can I take more time instead of paying to rush?
Can SHS Governance remove a cost that the existing system has imposed?
Can we build locally before expanding globally?
Can we let people discover it instead of paying to force it into their attention?
Can we create the foundation first and bring humanity into it afterwards?
That is a very different way of building.
And the more of those questions I answer, the smaller the initial financial requirement becomes.
Not because the vision is small.
Because I am removing costs that were never fundamental to the vision in the first place.
So the three assets are:
ME — the creator.
TIME — the freedom not to rush.
SHS GOVERNANCE — the ability to create beyond unnecessary structures and costs imposed by the current system.
AI simply gives those three assets more reach.
And that is enough to begin building something that can eventually become much larger than the person who started it.
SHS TV starts with one human being.
It is built with time.
It is protected by its own governance philosophy.
And it is ultimately intended to return the creation to humanity.
