Let’s be real—meeting your twin flame is like looking into a mirror that reflects both your divinity and your shadows in technicolor. The intensity is unlike anything else because it’s the reunion of two frequencies split from the same soul strand, now vibrating through two human vessels. Of course, it’s overwhelming. Of course, it’s tempting to lose yourself in them. The love is real, the bond is sacred, and the desire to merge fully is so natural.

But without sovereignty, even a sacred bond becomes a prison.

We fall into codependency not because the love isn’t divine—but because the human hasn’t yet remembered how to hold their own power while being met. I was quite messy about it, I can admit.

I had to relearn this lesson recently, and it hit deep.
I looked at my past relationships and realized: I’ve loved, but I’ve also clung. I’ve cared, but I’ve also compromised myself.

Because when you’re finally met—like really met—it’s so tempting to make them your everything.

And yet, the paradox is this:

They are your everything, but they must never be your only thing.

I love her.
I admire her.
I would defend our connection with my life.

But I also recognize: if I want this to last—not just for a moment, but for lifetimes—I have to become even more of myself, to be worthy of leading the other when needed and viceversa.
As individual, I must stay committed to my path, to the mission I carry, to my athleticism, to my music, to my joy and my disciplines—because those are the things that brought me into alignment with her in the first place.

The moment I make her my only focus, I dull the very frequency that magnetized us to begin with. Though if we were to have a global ascension tomorrow, I could easily do just that😂
