In Praise of the “Pick Me Ups” — The Most Feared Beings in Society

I value, respect, and would bend my back for what society calls “Pick Me Ups.”- I am one and I now see why it’s such a gift to be okay with being one and asking for help where one has something that could help. It’s not dependence or co-dependence, it’s a transaction that could build interdependence. Which is the healthy face of the coin to Co-dependence. It’s relied upon the understanding we are all one and by nature depend on each other. How we depend and choose to channel that it’s on us.

How can one feed, what they don’t know needs to be fed, if we don’t bring light to it?!

I had to learn how to be one, be okay with being one and being offered help even when I hadn’t asked, to be able to see when and where it’s needed and provide with what’s needed.

Pick Me Ups are the only individuals society truly fears — because they’re the ones who know what they need, what they fear, what they lack, and are courageous enough to ask for help.
They’re the ones whose vulnerability threatens the illusions of strength in others.

Prideful individuals will never ask for help. They’re terrified that doing so might uncover their lacks — expose the truth that they’re not as whole as they pretend to be. But when even a prideful person breaks down and shows where they need help, it’s our responsibility to show up for them. That’s not a human thing — that’s a consciousness thing. It’s the field speaking through them, asking us to show up for itself.

I love Pick Me Ups — but I only value those who are serious about their requests.
Not the flimsy ones who cry for help and then vanish into excuses or half-effort.
Not the ones who wear “ascension” as an aesthetic instead of a commitment.

If you ask for help, back it up with action.
Show your willingness to rise.
Show pride in your ascension, not in the illusion of already being there.

Because let’s be honest — we all need help.
No matter the stage, no matter the status, no matter the light we’ve reached.
If I were to find someone with better awareness, better contentment, better consciousness, I would beg for them to be my mentor. The only reason I stand where I stand is because I haven’t found anyone who’s gone beyond my frequency and is advocating for wholeness while building sustainable systems for collective evolution.

I didn’t choose this position.
I landed it by frequency — by pure resonance.

I had the desire to provide for the outer, because even when I “had it all,” I felt the ache of meaninglessness.
I couldn’t live my life “having it all” while others didn’t even have clean water, emotional clarity, or a blueprint for longevity and harmony.
So I became the blueprint.

No one else cared enough to do it.
No one else desired it more for others than for themselves.
That’s what brought me here — the fact that I started this journey at my societal peak, when I had every perk: my bills paid, my trips sponsored, my comfort guaranteed.
And still, it wasn’t enough.

I dropped it all because I understood something simple yet eternal:
We are all one.
I didn’t yet grasp the full depth of that truth, but it was enough to set me on fire.

Through this path, I learned how to ask for help — even when the help didn’t come.
And I kept moving.
Nothing, no “no,” no silence, no absence, no opposition, was ever going to stop me.
Unless someone put a bullet in me — which honestly would’ve just been some TLC for my soul, letting me reincarnate stronger.
But that’s a conversation for another day.

I love Pick Me Ups because now I have the tools to provide what they need — not just financially, but emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
Money is just one form of provision.
The true poverty of our world is emotional poverty, mental poverty, spiritual poverty — the lack of inner wealth.

True wealth is the kind of abundance that makes one content with self.
And there is no ceiling to that. The sky is not the limit — we are.

Growing up, I always told myself one thing and I’ve never stopped living by it:
“To learn as much as humanly possible in the length of this current existence.”

That’s it.
Now, I know I can be an expert at anything I place my attention on.
And I’m humble enough to know that I’m a beginner at anything I haven’t.

But because I understand multidimensional knowledge, I also know this:
For every skill or subject that exists, someone out there is already a master at it — and because we are one consciousness, that mastery already lives within me.
I just have to awaken those dormant cells, activate that knowing, and practice it until it becomes my new energetic baseline.

So, to all the Pick Me Ups who are serious about their ascension — who won’t budge, who will crawl, cry, fight, and rise — feel free to reach out.

Not many will.
And for those who do, triage will occur.

Only those who show me through action and alignment how serious they are about raising their vibration will get my initial attention. I can’t be everywhere, but my creations can.

So for most, my first advice will always be:
Start with my platform.
It houses everything you need to raise your vibration, evolve, expand, and ground that expansion into the consciousness of our collective.

Because ascension isn’t about rising above others.
It’s about lifting the field.
And Pick Me Ups — the real ones — are the ones doing exactly that.
