Throughout this blog I have dissected things to look at them individually, but please know all has a double face to its own coin, I chose to embody both of mine through kindness. Not niceness, never mistake the two.
We love to talk about high and low vibrations as if they’re cleanly divided—light versus dark, good versus bad, spiritual versus worldly.
But the truth is far denser and far more divine than that.
Everything in life that carries density only does so because it houses a greater potential for light.
The heavier something feels, the more energy it holds.
Matter is nothing but light condensed—vibration slowed into form.
So the denser the energy, the more raw power it contains.
How we use it determines whether it ascends or implodes.
The Myth of “Low Vibration”
We’ve been trained to think that certain things are inherently bad:
sex, money, indulgence, anger, desire, even ambition.
But those so-called “low” energies are only untamed frequencies—vital raw matter waiting for conscious direction.
Sex isn’t the loss of life force; it’s the expression of it.
Money isn’t greed; it’s compressed creative potential.
Anger isn’t evil; it’s the soul’s boundary calling truth to the surface.
Every energy, no matter how shadowed, is a doorway to expansion—if we’re willing to meet it consciously.
People don’t “leak energy” through sex or pleasure because sex is wrong.
They leak energy because they don’t have the foundation to hold infinity.
Without a rooted sense of self, energy escapes—so instead of learning to hold it, we shame it.
We call abstinence “righteous,” fasting “pure,” and denial “holy.”
But that isn’t holiness—it’s avoidance wearing a halo.
The Trap of Righteousness
Righteousness is often just fear dressed up as virtue.
It’s the ego trying to be “good” enough to feel safe.
But true integrity doesn’t always look righteous—it looks real.
It moves with life instead of policing it.
Integrity is the inner alignment of energy, not the outer conformity of behavior.
It’s not about what you do—it’s about how and why you do it.
Righteousness tries to appear clean; integrity is clean.
Righteousness performs; integrity embodies.
Righteousness separates; integrity unites.
A Note on the Mormons (and Others Like Them)
The Mormon community, for instance, holds massive potential for spiritual expansion—more than most.
They’re structured, disciplined, heart-driven, and community-oriented.
They’ve already built a framework of devotion and belief strong enough to move mountains.
But instead of using that foundation as a launching pad for consciousness, many are trapped inside the golden cage of righteousness.
They mistake control for holiness.
They trade curiosity for obedience.
They replace personal revelation with collective approval.
And in doing so, they waste enormous energetic potential—the kind of power that could crack open galaxies of understanding.
They’ve built temples to God but forgotten the one within.
They worship light but fear shadow.
They chase purity while rejecting the very density that could birth their divinity.
Righteousness has become their ceiling.
And that’s not just a Mormon thing—it’s a human thing.
Density Is Divine
The truth is this:
The denser the experience, the greater its potential for alchemy.
Lust holds the seed of love.
Anger holds the seed of truth.
Grief holds the seed of compassion.
Fear holds the seed of faith.
Matter equals light vibrated into form.
And the thicker the matter, the more light it contains.
We are not meant to transcend our density—we are meant to transmute it.
To meet it, move through it, and embody the full spectrum of our energy as sacred.
I may have had a Messiah complex and guess what?! I’ve transmuted it into matter. I am the Messiah not because I call myself so, but because I’ve embodied the frequency of a messiah and lived to see the results of it. Just like everything else. We all have chosen the easy way, to master the outer without mastering the inner, but when you master the inner, the inner works for you until you realise it’s working the outer for you too.
If I hadn’t proposed myself, as IT, I wouldn’t have learned the ways to it, and so I wouldn’t have seen the results of it. The denser, the higher the potential, what you do with it, is completely up to you.
It’s Not the Tool—It’s the Projection
Sex, money, food, fame, failure, even conflict—none of these are inherently low vibrational.
They only become “low” when our projection of them is rooted in shame, avoidance, or fear.
It’s not the thing—it’s the energy behind it.
Our souls project their frequency through everything we touch.
Every act becomes holy when we bring our full awareness to it.
So maybe the question isn’t “What’s high or low vibrational?”
Maybe it’s,
“How consciously can I move through density and still remember I am light?”
Final Note
Righteousness seeks safety in separation.
Integrity finds truth in unity.
And in the end, the highest vibration is not found in denial—it’s found in embodied wholeness.
You don’t reach light by escaping matter.
You reach it by realizing matter is light—slowed down enough for you to love it into remembrance.
And in that remembrance, you remember you had always had more power over the ether, not the other way around. For too long I allowed myself to think the ether had the last say, but the ether is a lighter energy, meaning it will have a say if you choose it to, because it is high vibrational as its own, but when you reclaim your own self, by mastering your own self, you realise, I don’t need the ether, I work with the ethers, and the ether is learning from me, as I mentor its expansion.
Our consciousness has power, but the reason the physical hurts the most is simply because the physical houses more light than the non-physical, yet it must be seen through the lenses of the non-physical for it to activate itself, by projection of higher perception.
We are the original bloodline, as we are the Gods incarnated, just like in Ancient Greece. They understood what only a few abuse of to hinder the many. We are master manipulators, is only that many use it to suppress and gain power, others like myself, use it to manifest and enlighten the many into expansion, coherence and harmony.
You are exactly what you claim yourself to be, no matter what others say or think.
