4Honeth — Edition One: A Reset of Origin

This was written scheduled close to a week prior, by now we can confirm, the first ever edition of 4Honeth and its projects will be completely black staff. Now, how dark or far do we go? 3rd gen max, if I can’t see it, it has to be on paper(heritage), lol I don’t know how this can be politically correct, but we gave a timeline, and the response created the circumstance.

First round of stocks n shares when/if go public out of relevancy only for blacks. Every new thing for the blacks to test first and then open to all.

Action and non action create repercussions, nonetheless.

Let us show you how we take care of community, as it’ll be open to all. The only role open to non-blacks is my personal, not work, assistant, two different roles for two intricated contexts.

I am very close to making the first edition of 4Honeth a Black-only edition when it comes to the team, mirroring the beginning of all times, like how God started, a reset of time not as regression but as observation, as intention, as a conscious return to origin to see what unfolds when a community is allowed to exist, create, and build within its own embodiment without dilution, without interruption, without immediate comparison.

A full Black community, a full Black workplace, different walks of life, different experiences, different stories, yet all united by the shared reality of being in Black embodiment while carrying a consciousness that is anything but singular, anything but limited, anything but confined, because embodiment is the entry point, not the ceiling.

This is not exclusion for the sake of exclusion, it is focus for the sake of understanding.

This will grant staff access exclusively to Black individuals for this first edition, not as a permanent structure, but as a phase, as a lens, as a study in lived experience, in creation, in collaboration, in what emerges when a group is given full space to express, build, and organise from within itself.

And then, we move.

The next edition will be built around ADHD individuals, those who navigate multiplicity in attention, in thought, in perception, those who already operate across layers most systems are not designed to hold, to see what happens when that is not suppressed, not managed into conformity, but given structure to expand through.

Then, the next—staff composed entirely of individuals who are differently physically abled, not as limitation, but as perspective, as design intelligence, as lived adaptation, as innovation born from necessity rather than convenience.

And only after these phases do we open into general staff.

Yes, this will create noise.

Yes, it will be read through the lens of DEI, through inclusion politics, through narratives that will attempt to frame it within existing structures of understanding.

But this is not that.

This is a focused exploration of community-specific creation, a way to see what each group can build, express, and contribute when not immediately blended into a generalised system that often neutralises the very differences it claims to include.

This follows nature more than policy.

Phases.

Environments.

Conditions that allow something to fully express before it merges.

Because when everything is mixed from the beginning, you do not always see clearly what each part carries.

The condition to this first edition is simple.

If the carrier of white embodiment, chosen to represent their lineage within this framework, does not come through by the end of today, 15th of April 2026, then this Black-only edition proceeds as intended.

If they do come through, then we move forward with general admission as usual, based solely on experience and skill, while installing other specific locations at a different stage. Is it biased I’m hoping she doesn’t come through?

No dilution of standards.

No compromise on capability.

Only a shift in structure depending on what presents itself.

This is not about restriction.

This is about sequence.

About creating space for clarity before convergence.

About understanding before merging.

About giving free will to a lineage to speak through one person.

About building something that knows itself before it becomes everything at once.

And so we begin.

Wouldn’t be a first and I don’t see the world stopping them, so…

We breathe the same air, but we don’t interpret it the same.

Italy gets the first general, meaning there’ll be a first for every niche under black supervision, we can temporaly hire non to train the team if needed, priorities are straight.

Oh it’s going to be black for a longtime before it can be anything else, let’s see how far we take it first. One first location in any countries, black, SHS the governance->black everywhere non negotiable, min of 75% at best per location. If we finish blacks in a location, we will provide sponsorships, slave’s trade mirror, this time around we be leading and showing how it could’ve been done.

When you create a place people benefit from equally, you don’t have to drag them, they’ll come. Yet we tried doing it to stress test that.

I defo need me a black high calibre work assistant, any references?

.. next up we expand to only have countries who experienced their inhabitants being enslaved throughout history, only countries of heritage, per example a spanish in nigeria, doesn’t count, a nigerian in spain, 1000%.

Some rich people who want to educate me aboit money might say ” with all the money you put in your staff, you’ll be done and out in 5 years, if I make it to 5. “.

They don’t realise they try to squeeze their wallets, as they see their staff as wallet bills, to afford yachts and porches and exuberant events and associstions. I couldn’t care less about those things, I’d rather rent all super cars one at the time and pay in total the amiunt it would’ve cost me for one, than put my eggs in one and only experience its decaying beauty. Oh shit am I talking to myself about my desired relationship style?! I think so… ahahah sorry for the intrusive thought, the lesson stands.

I don’t need the most expensive, thiugh I won’t be cheap about the things that matter, as it costsnto be cheap, that means a lot more koney in the husiness, making the loves of the people who contribute to it even better, so they feel better and they feel better in life about themselves, which makes them do and see better in everything they do, work included. I’m like 2 cycle ahead, where they’re still competing to superyachts… who’s ending in bankruptcy between the two here?

You ally and invest heattfully, watch the throne, try n collapse the throne and fail, or step away and let us do our job.

This is qhat every black would’ve wanted to do, kick out the white, there was just not enough evidence to make it purposefull, good thing I’m a scavenger. And yes of course they’re not all the same, but they all have the same final spiritual gate to go through and I would rather not go through that in my work home. As friends at home, for sure, but jot work, that’s for humanity. I can take it in my personal life if they have the compassion after this or but not at work.

To those who tried to save their platforms, chesting the desth of something outside of them, let me come with the jackpot to shake your foundation, instesd the ripper collecting what you’re owed.

I don’r want assistants that want to work for me, but with me as one day they might get gifted a 4honeth as a severance. That’s what we can do with bigger budgets in the workplace then in the playground. Gift what makes more money to them and you in the long run.

Yeah they tried that with technology and it back fired and everything else very soon, cause it is not un alignement with the house. Only what is wins.

And that’s why so many companies keep growing in lawsuits, they keep putting money in indirect lobbying and the cycle continuos. Don’t you get bored?!

The only thing that a sick cycle can do is keep faulting each other until there’s nothing left to chew. If the system don’t change everything becomes cancerous, literally.

I will ask someone from my last job first, for the personal assistant role and then one who I shared space in consciousness over last year if she reaches out, otherwise open to all.

Life is my russian roulette. I give people big responsibilities.

Coherence with self gives you protection to other coherent selves. Just in case you were wndering if I’l always get it right or not. Money is sovereign.

The responsible ones were those who had been reading and done nothing. We can’t know for certain who, so we give compassion to them, as only they know.

.. Another perspective to see in everything: a garlic & cheese croissant. The garlic is the medicine. The goal, freshly cut clove, yet the cheese and croissant and spices are the ornament. The context in which it was consumed. We don’t need the rest, we prefer it by nature because it touches more senses, whether it adds sweetness, an experience, or tanginess, an experience.. it doesn’t mater, it is that we prefer the whole picture over the unwritten. So I am training my field to be okay with moving on without knowing.

This under a perspective is my judas kiss, my resurrection, my bible, my divine union, my god, my mary, my jesus, my everything.

The best God-story continuation, apparently will squeeze far more than just this from me. Until the day.

Last year I caught at the end of the 18th of April, something I dropped tonight at midnight. The bridge is anti-matter/infinity/8, it’s its nature.

  • 1 = Nature of Consciousness / One-ness – Energy

  • 3 = Embodiment of Consciousness / Matter (notice a 3 is half a 8?)

  • 4 = Nurture of Consciousness / Earth (Land of Milk/water & Honey/air)
  • 5 = Truth of Consciousness / Primal (sacral tool of 1) – Digestion
  • 6 = Harmony of Consciousness / Sovereignty (sacral tool of 2) – Homeostasis
  • 7 = Acceptance of Consciousness / Expansion (mirror to 4) – Activation
    • Density: with things outside
    • Coverage: with things within
  • 8 = Immortality of Consciousness (Infinity) / Anti-matter (mirror to 2) – Gratitude
  • 9 = Mortality of Consciousness(Endings) / Birth (mirror to 1) – Passion

I might just take the next 3 to 6 years to build it all, while living in the in between with it being known, attract the right people on the way, give people the time to ground themselves in their ascensions, and starting things in full harmony. I deserve the rest too. At the end people showed to not desire it right now, so it really is me. This changes so many things.

IF companies want to be par of SHS, they can buy in with their company’s value, opt out they get their companies and clients back, like lending a company for a service from which both benefit. We raise the company’s value fro the inside out, no one loses money, we all gain. More companies buying in, means more resources and funds available to make the process more efficient. What about this type of investing/merger?

On a metaphysical level this decision means my virgo subconscious can rest and instead of trying to get ready for immediate start, it has the time to be perfect over time, perfection is multidimensional preparation, I can enjoy a comfortable life in the in between without worrying about bills and living, while building a fortress. Have my Libra rising lead with balance, as the balance in promptness is to learn more for added protection, yesterday, with time it’s okay for it to be tomorrow.
