The Psychology Behind the Odyssey: Using the Mind to Navigate a Living Case Study

“Psychology did not give me my mind. It gave me language for what philosophy first taught me to observe.”

Before you continue through this blog, I’d like to invite you to look at it through a particular lens. Not the lens of agreement or disagreement. Not even the lens of belief. The lens I ask you to use is psychology itself.

You might want tto read through to the raw input, some material might have been distorted in AI translation.

This entire body of work is, in many ways, a living psychological case study. Not because I intended to create one, but because I chose to consciously observe myself while living through an unfolding experience. Rather than separating myself from life to analyse it afterwards, I immersed myself in life while simultaneously observing it. I became both participant and observer. The actor and the researcher. The patient and the psychologist.

That distinction matters.

Psychology Was Born From Philosophy

One question continues to puzzle me.

Psychology originated from philosophy. Before there were laboratories, brain scans, behavioural experiments or diagnostic manuals, there were individuals asking fundamental questions about consciousness, identity, perception, morality and existence.

Psychology is philosophy that eventually became measurable.

So why has philosophy become almost unwelcome in expanding psychology?

Why are we comfortable using philosophy to create psychology, but reluctant to use philosophy to continue evolving it?

That seems backwards.

If philosophy gave birth to psychology, then philosophy should remain one of its greatest tools for expansion. Science tests what philosophy imagines. Psychology translates what philosophy first wondered about.

To reject philosophy from psychology is almost like asking a tree to deny its roots because it has grown branches.

Bringing Psychology Back Home

Several years ago I completed Yale University’s Introduction to Psychology. It provided me with something incredibly valuable—not answers, but vocabulary.

It helped me name phenomena I had already begun observing.

Once I possessed the language, something unexpected happened.

I stopped needing to spend my time searching for more definitions.

Instead, I returned psychology to where it began.

Back to philosophy.

Back to observation.

Back to lived experience.

Rather than allowing psychological theories to dictate how I should interpret life, I allowed life to continually challenge psychology.

The framework became dynamic rather than static.

Self-Introspection Is Not The Weakness

One criticism often raised against introspection is that it is too subjective to be scientific.

As a single data point, I agree.

One person’s introspection cannot become universal truth.

But that raises another question.

What happens when thousands—or millions—of individual introspections begin showing recurring structures?

The issue is no longer introspection.

The issue becomes data collection.

If enough independent observations repeatedly point toward similar patterns of behaviour, emotion, development and consciousness, then introspection itself becomes one of the richest sources of qualitative human information.

Perhaps we have underestimated the tool rather than its potential.

Structuralism And Fractal Thinking

Structuralism attempts to understand something by breaking it apart.

To me, this resembles what I call fractalisation.

We dissect in order to understand.

Not because the parts matter more than the whole, but because understanding the parts allows us to recognise the architecture of the whole.

Throughout this blog you’ll notice I continually separate ideas into smaller expressions before reconnecting them.

That isn’t fragmentation.

It’s reconstruction.

Healing Requires Function Before Decoration

One principle quietly guided almost every interaction documented here.

When something is fundamentally out of balance, everything unnecessary becomes secondary.

Healing prioritises function.

Only after function returns should decoration become important again.

This applies equally to individuals, businesses, governments, education, healthcare and societies.

Balance first.

Optimisation afterwards.

Too often society attempts the opposite.

Gestalt Psychology And Metaphysical Perception

Gestalt psychology reminds us that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

I agree.

I simply continue the principle further.

Perception itself appears to exist in degrees.

At one level we perceive objects.

At another we perceive relationships.

Then systems.

Then patterns.

Then consciousness itself expressing through those patterns.

To me, Gestalt psychology is one expression of something larger.

It becomes what I describe as metaphysical perception—the ability to perceive multiple interconnected layers of reality simultaneously without losing sight of the whole.

Psychoanalysis Doesn’t Begin At Night

Freud often focused heavily on dreams.

Dreams certainly reveal aspects of ourselves.

But psychoanalysis isn’t confined to sleeping.

Every conversation…

Every hesitation…

Every repeated behaviour…

Every contradiction…

Every avoidance…

Every emotional reaction…

Every choice…

is available for psychological interpretation.

The unconscious doesn’t wait until bedtime.

It continuously expresses itself through ordinary life.

Behaviour Is A Translation

One framework became increasingly clear throughout my observations.

Consciousness expresses itself through thoughts.

Thoughts influence emotions.

Emotions influence behaviour.

Behaviour becomes visible.

Most people begin analysing at behaviour.

I work backwards.

Behaviour becomes a doorway.

From behaviour I infer emotional organisation.

From emotional organisation I infer cognitive structure.

From cognitive structure I begin understanding the person’s level of consciousness—not intelligence, but awareness.

Behaviour therefore becomes translation.

Not identity.

Translation.

Psychology’s Categories Are Helpful—Not Absolute

Biological.

Behavioural.

Cognitive.

Humanistic.

Psychodynamic.

Evolutionary.

Each explains something.

None explains everything.

I increasingly found that many categories overlap far more than they separate.

Sometimes psychology appears to create multiple names for neighbouring phenomena instead of recognising their shared architecture.

Perhaps categorisation has occasionally become more important than integration.

Integration is where my own work naturally moved.

Learning From Humans Rather Than Animals

Many psychological foundations originated through animal experimentation.

These studies undoubtedly taught us valuable principles.

Yet humans possess language, symbolic reasoning, abstract imagination, self-reflection, culture, morality and recursive consciousness in ways that appear qualitatively different.

Perhaps some conclusions deserve continual re-examination through specifically human lenses rather than simply extending findings upward from other species.

The Trinity Of Thinking

The cerebral cortex is often associated with thinking, language and problem-solving.

I see these not merely as three functions but as a continuous movement.

Thinking generates possibility.

Problem-solving translates possibility.

Language communicates the translation.

One naturally flows into the next.

Memory Is More Than Storage

The hippocampus stores memories.

That much neuroscience tells us.

But memory also creates temporal architecture.

Past informs present.

Present creates future.

Future reshapes how we reinterpret the past.

Time itself becomes conversational rather than linear.

Our relationship with memory continually edits our relationship with reality.

Every Person Carries A Frequency

Throughout this project one observation became increasingly impossible for me to ignore.

People express remarkably consistent frequencies.

Their language.

Their humour.

Their fears.

Their leadership.

Their conflicts.

Their values.

Their choices.

Their behaviour.

Each appears to resonate from a central organisation of consciousness.

Everything else becomes its expression.

Standing On The Shoulders Of Great Minds

During one period of profound creative expansion I found myself naturally continuing conversations begun by remarkable thinkers.

Not replacing them.

Continuing them.

Ideas around relativity.

Cycles.

Tesla’s numerical observations.

Narrative architecture.

Animation.

Consciousness.

My intention has never been ownership.

Only contribution.

Every generation inherits unfinished conversations.

My work attempts to continue several.

Why This Blog Exists

If you’ve reached this point, you’ll begin recognising why this blog often moves between psychology, philosophy, sociology, governance, law, biology, spirituality, business and storytelling.

They’re not separate conversations to me.

They’re different expressions of the same underlying question.

How does consciousness organise itself into reality?

Everything documented here became one long attempt to observe that question honestly.

Sometimes successfully.

Sometimes imperfectly.

Always sincerely.

This blog is therefore more than a collection of articles.

It is an odyssey.

A psychological map.

A philosophical journal.

A systems analysis.

A living experiment.

Most importantly, it is an invitation.

As you continue reading, don’t simply ask whether you agree with me.

Ask yourself a more interesting question.

What aspects of your own psychology become visible while reading someone else’s?

Because perhaps the greatest mirror psychology has ever given us was never the theories themselves.

It was the opportunity to observe ourselves while trying to understand another mind.

Hi, Chat. We’re gonna write sort of an agenda for people to navigate the blog and also educate them a bit more on psychology. The topic of discussion is using psychology to navigate the blog. Or actually, a bit more cinematographic in the sense of, well, I don’t know, something around the, like the title should let people know that psychology was used as a tool to navigate the odyssey of the character to have metaphysical laws recognized in our jurisdictions. And I’m gonna go through around 100 keywords in psychology and aspects, historical foundations of psychology. But I also want to raise a big, big, big question because obviously I’m gonna use the base of psychology but also explain what I think about them because telling them what I think about it also helps them see where I navigated those psychological aspects and where people have embodied it, and which psychological aspects individuals have embodied throughout this whole experience in contact with myself because it educates people on the psychology of things, on the psychology of the mind, because the readers will be coming in the blog and this will be one of the first aspects, one of the first blogs that they’ll read, meaning that it gives them vocabulary and also logical understandings of the psychology of both me and also all the others that play the part throughout this whole time, right? But yeah, the first point that I have to say is that psychology was created and was born from philosophy. Self-analysis is what allowed us to coin psychology. So why the hell is people so reluctant to use philosophy to expand psychology, which is the first thing that actually got us to where psychology is? It wasn’t science, it was philosophy. Philosophy is the one that created psychology. So it only makes sense that philosophy is also the one that expands it. So let’s start. So self-introspection is based on, and I’m gonna attach also a video that I went through just to go through the list of all the aspects of all the things. Most of them I had learned when I attended the Introduction to Psychology, which is an online course given by Yale University. And it allowed me to gain a very broad aspect, yet quite detailed in terms of psychology, which has become very useful for me to then self-analyze. So I brought it back home, I brought it back to its origin, I brought it back to philosophy and how it started by looking at and using the results, the effect, which is psychology, through the lenses of its cause, philosophy, to either self-analyze, self-introspect, and also relay language in explanation of myself, introduction to the outer world of a higher understood self. And in doing so, allowed my mind to be more focused on being creative more than going through lessons to develop myself. And this was for, I think it was 2022, either 2022 or 2023. And having the words for it, or going through that, really allowed me to, I already had the curiosity about the mind and how the mind works, but going through that really allowed me to understand more. And then I just continued practicing and expanding that understanding because I didn’t also wanted to go into a process that would have closed me off from the freedom of not going into one specific course because also as I went through it, I saw a lot of things that are actually, they’re like, things that are like the same but, or they’re of the same nature that could have just used A or B. And it feels like whoever, whoever, it feels like psychology as it is now, it’s just people just wanting to claim things, even where, because they’re not necessarily claiming to reorder or claiming to connect with other things, it’s just to claim, claim, claim, claim, claim. Like, I mean, I’ll go through it so it’ll come out, but there’s just words for certain things that don’t need to even have two words, two titles. It looks quite excessive, to be fair, and I’m really glad that I never attended. Now, this of course, this is for me. I never attended the school and I never went to university to study it because it allowed me to also study psychology from life the same way that psychology was created, which to me is the best way possible because my lens isn’t tainted or isn’t conditioned by what’s been created from it, but it allows me a brand new perspective on it. And to utilize the same tools that are created, it allows me to also see the foundations of it and recognize it in the psychology that we know to this day. So going to it, it says that self-introspection is too singular to be used as scientific proof. To that alone, I have to say that I understand that, but when the results from self-introspection, from singular self-introspections, all show a specific frequency or a specific way of being or a specific behavior, then you have to look at the fact that the tool itself of introspection isn’t the issue, but it’s the data that gets collected afterwards. But I’m assuming that they didn’t spend much time testing this one and testing multiple people’s self-introspection or gaining an understanding to different people’s self-introspection to be able to gain enough data to actually challenge this because when you look at things and you try to see universally, trustably, there’s always a connection between the all. So they could have possibly done that, but yeah. Then structuralism is basically fractalization. It’s to dissect to understand. And the reason why I say is fractalization is because this is the agenda of how I went about things. I’m giving an extra vocabulary to further understand the words that I do use in the blog and also to give a bit of more context to it as well. That sounds good. Everything should be functional in a healing process and the extra, for however long it is, for however, it is not detracting from the work done in harmony. That was a personal opinion in the sense… In the sense that when there’s time for healing, when there’s time to reassess things, to bring things back to balance, because things are too far gone, in those moments, everything should be functional because the focus is the functionality of bringing back to balance, of recalibrating things in a way to bring harmony, in a way to bring the one thing that allows us continuity and allows us to also be able to see a situation with clear-mindedness, which is balance. So in that sense, everything should be functional during those moments. And that’s the perspective that I also had in the sense of going through life while engaging, because I didn’t want to just put myself at the back end, but I wanted to genuinely experience life, is to be immersed in life while also being observing of life, because the observation of life is the functionality, because it’s the one that also allows us to choose the right gear in order to move forward. And when I look at the Gestalt psychology, I look at metaphysical perception to different degrees. The degree is consciousness. I’ll explain that a bit more because it is going to be touched upon later. But what I can say is that it is all about perception in the sense of the most basic level of perception, you can say is the Gestalt principle. And then when you take that lens all the way up to multiple planes of existence and multiple bodies, it becomes multidimensional, so metaphysical perception. It’s like, yeah, when we take the degree to a consciousness level. Psychoanalysis can be practiced at any time in studying someone, not just in dreams. That’s because the example in the video says psychoanalysis is in relation to the dreams, and that’s what a lot more Freud used to focus on. We obviously know this is something that gets used not just for dream states but also for like therapy sessions. Psychoanalysis can happen at any given moment in time, and it’s also, there’s so many things that one can also psychoanalyze at any given moment in time if the lens of perception is to the correct tune. And when I look at humanistic psychology, I love that concept, and I also wanted to add to the lens of, no, so it’s basically I scribbled two little triangles, one looking upwards and one looking downwards. The one looking upwards has consciousness at the top and then emotions and thoughts at the bottom. And the one looking downwards has emotions and thoughts at the top and behavior at the bottom. And when you understand this specific lens of energy flow, by looking at someone’s behavior, you’re able to, if you’re fine-tuned to that specific type of behavior, you’re able to see if you have emotional intelligence, their emotions, and the ways that they think, not necessarily the thoughts, but the ways that they think with perceptive intelligence. And from there, you’re able to see the level of consciousness that they have, what is their source of information, what is their source of being, what is their level of understanding about life. It’s quite cool. Cognitive… I cannot read that word, and it’s my writing. Fantastic. Okay, we’ll move to the psychology lenses that have been agreed upon and said, to me, settled for thoughts, emotions, and behavior. So we have biological, so like the connection with the biological body, behavioral, learning and conditioning, cognitive, thinking, memory, problem-solving, humanistic, self, self-growth, choice and free will, psychodynamic, to look at the subconscious, the unconscious part of us, and evolutionary, adaptation and selection. I mean, I don’t have to go through all of them, to be fair, because the video does a perfectly fine. But I am going to mention those that I have put notes to. Okay. One thing I have to say, there’s some lenses of psychologys that were tested on animals that I don’t think we hold the same consciousness limitations, cognitive limitations, and we should challenge those through the lenses of a human being, because it makes our understanding of self quite redundant, because sure, we can see it in the human as well, but it’s not all of that, it’s not all there is, which is important. When we look at the cerebral cortex, the outer layer of the brain, which is focused on thinking, language, or you can say translation more than anything, and problem-solving. This shows me like the trinity of thinking, because problem-solving is the bridge between thinking and language, because we think in our heads, but then we have to translate, which is a problem-solving process of its own, to translate to the person in front of us or to the audience, because a audience might be different than the other, and the understanding of that is also intelligence, the understanding of adaptation, adapting to the energy in front of us, and also the restraints from it, if this is already conscious, that LOL. The amygdala, I see it as the heart of the brain, the physical brain, in biopsychology, and it’s like the megaphone to the emotions. And when we look at the hippocampus, which is where new memories get stored into long-term ones, it’s where we tap into to recollect, to retrieve information from the past. But when I put that down, I also saw the trinity of past, present, and future, where in the traditional path, you have past plus the present equals the future, in the sense of the future takes inspiration from the past and the current present, because the current present will be the future’s past. If you do past times future, you find your vision. If you do future minus present, you see the past, and then you can continue with this equation. It’s a little bit of a metaphysical, mathematical equation. Each and every single one of us carries a specific frequency of consciousness, and everything with it follows, our behaviors, our creations, our language, our translation abilities, our problem solving, our emotional management, everything where things are coherent speak the same frequency of behavior or of expression, better actually, which again shows the level of prowess that one has about self, and also ability to translate that into the outside world. Last year, as it was my third cycle of ascension, I tapped into the collective consciousness of the greats, one could say, where I was able to channel the continuum to their works. So I touched some work on the theory of relativity and expanded it into the Genesis equation with Tesla, the 369. I extended it to the 212 because it incorporates the fact that it starts again, because that’s cyclicalness and not finality. So it’s a cycle of rebirth and not the cycle of death, basically. It was just a little step forth. The cinematographical project that I’ve been working on is a continuation to what Walt Disney brought. He took us to Fantasyland. I brought us back to Earthland, Motherland, in bringing down the level of high consciousness in the mundane, in the day-to-day, in our daily systems. And some more. Feel free to find the rest because there was some work with John D as well. We do, not we do, well, but be the embodiment of a thought, and that’s seraphism. Yeah, I call it seraphism, but it’s being a seraphim. And we all are a thought to consciousness embodied in a body. I just continued the thought that I was originally made for, and it all came out smoothly and coherently even now that I’m talking. I am my own embodiment, and that’s the only reason as to why it’s all so smooth. What else? Oh yes, winning the jackpot would be a life or death situation because I am exactly who I say to be. The prophecy is the one thing that tells me, yes, this time around we’re sticking around, or no, we’re leaving again because everything that’s already been laid behind is good enough for the rest to continue. So I don’t talk a lot about it because I’m obsessed with the fight of money. No, it’s because I understand my story. Simply because I understand my story. And where I laughed therefore in. So yeah, let’s put this asset together. Thank you.

The last image and title is way more dramatic and deceiving ahaha, there facts in there…:

  • Conspiracy theorism is grouping, I can’t help it sometimes
  • We walk on death everyday, everywhere in london, don’t you think that has a spiritual repercussion?
