Does everyone have something they say ” I cannot bear the thought of losing “?

*Unless people’s wellbeing depends on it, we move on that is. I don’t move away from harm, wehther conscious, unconscious, innocent or makicious.

I got my answer and it was profound, yet I don’t understand why people enact scarcity with experiences they have gained experience of. My humanity is stand still, but apatt from that I can lose it all and shall if must. Why can’t people normally cope with that and tell themselves sentences like “I can’t lose them” or ” i don’t think I can live without them” or else and actually believe those things to be real. I might have them as intrusive thoughts but I never believe those things to be true. Is FOMO that powerful to others, I don’t understand it.. someone help me understand why people give so much power to FOMO?

I’m okay with being people’s practice of not folowing FOMO, I am a school of its own but I don’t understand oters living by it with things or people that don’t make sense to their humn self… it confuses me so much.

Hi Chat. I just need you to transcribe. I’m not asking you to answer this because you’re not a human being, and you cannot answer the question because the question is for human beings. But I don’t know. It might be a weird thing. Maybe I’m an alien. I don’t know.

But I don’t understand why people feel things like jealousy or fear of loss once they’ve achieved something, you know? Like, once you achieve something, why would you ever fear a fear of loss of it?

I’m just observing certain things and whatnot, certain conversations I’ve had, and I’m like, bro, you have it. You’re confirmed. You’re like, we’re a thing. Why feel the fear of losing something?

Is that something that’s normal?

Because obviously, I’ve personally never felt it. I’ve never experienced being in a couple, whether romantically or at work, or any type of contract, any type of commitment. Once I’m in it, I never fear the loss of it because I’m in it. I’ve already achieved the experience of it all. If it doesn’t work out, then it wasn’t meant to. But I’m in it, so I don’t fear the loss of it.

So I don’t understand why people feel that once they’ve achieved something, whether it’s fear of losing their job, whether it’s fear of losing a house, whether it’s fear of losing a partner, whether it’s fear of losing, you know, all those things.

From the outside in, I can fully understand it because obviously you’re still gathering the finality, but from within it, why? Like, it doesn’t make sense to me.

So many people feel jealous from within the couple. Nigga, you’re already in the couple. Why are you jealous of those that are outside of it, you know? It doesn’t make sense.

I’m just analysing certain behaviours that I’m noticing around me, and I’m like, it doesn’t make any sense to me because, in theory, when you’re outside of something, you’re still—not battling, but you’re still, how do you call it? It’s like the proposal phase. It’s like, what is it? Negotiation phase or things like that, you know? It’s still unsettled, so any emotion can go, anything goes.

But when you’re inside of it, I don’t find—I don’t…

And again, I’m gonna assess and give myself an answer because obviously, when someone doesn’t feel great within themselves, or they don’t feel like they deserve something, they feel like they could lose that thing that they’ve acquired.

And I understand that. I can understand that. I can reason with that. I can accept that that’s a way of people being because I’ve seen it from the outside.

I’ve experienced people who—well, just one, actually. I’ve experienced someone that had it all and feared losing it all, and in doing so, fucked it all up.

But that was being in the couple. That was being in an agreed couple. Instead of actually investing in the couple, they were investing more in the fear of losing the couple, which makes no sense in my mind because that’s exactly the path outside, like towards being outside of the couple. And that’s exactly what it was, what it became to be.

But I don’t understand what it is, like, what the mental conversation is that has someone in that loop, in that emotional loop.

Is it looking at the circumstance through the lenses of, like, the past?

And I cannot speak for others because I don’t know if others don’t necessarily give off attention or whatnot that makes their partners, like, feel uneasy.

I’ve always given security from within, and in fact, I was surprised when that person felt insecure.

Well, they only felt—ah, no, they only felt insecure. They started feeling insecure after they cheated.

Because, yeah, believe it or not, I got cheated on. Something that I never thought could ever possibly happen, but yes.

But okay, okay, okay, okay.

It’s like projecting what the other person might do or might have done, projecting what one is capable of doing onto the other.

Interesting. Interesting, interesting, interesting.

Okay, well, I’ve answered the question.

But this is a thought. It’s a thought, it’s an educational thought conversation that might actually have someone look at themselves a little bit more, you know?
