We were never given a manual of life, we can certsinly provide a manual of society, as its manmade, there’s clear definitions thst should go in a handbook to civilisns when turning 10 as pack for their future choices.
Ghe reason why we go to pscyhologist is so we can give wordings to our pain and in doing so knowing the monster of our decisions. It has everything to do with defining something, as it gives the energy of an emotion a clear direction of responsibility and accountability. Knoeing a decision an adukt made when you were a child, needs defining in adulthood eve n if it wasn’t the child’s especially then, csuse they might hold onto definition of self thst don’t belong to them, just brcsuse they internalised the responsibility of a perpetrator, thinking of sexual assualts per example. It stays emotionally with the people and I’ve lived long enough to see its consequenses when it goes undefined for them. They tske on responsibilities of living life as if what happened to them they sourced, when really it didn’t and the person who overstepped deserves definition as to why they’d even think to do something as such as crossing the child’s development’s growth without taking any responsibikity of definiting it for what it is, an act of shame of similar patterns left unchecked in their own psyche, that has them thinking there’s a world it’s possible, just or caring.
We give kids wodds, but we must also show how we use them to identify emotional moments.
This in its wholeness aims at describing whst metaphysical exchange of energy is and how important it is in the definitiion of oir sense of identity, we need to teach our children it is okay and if anything imperative they grow feeling the need to tell us when things happen in order to define them. Imagine every day sitting at the table to truly go dissecting what happens in the life of the family, like sitting around the table, everyone and chipsing what has happened in their lives and what that also means emotionally, what type of energies we might have exchanged, what type of energy we might have come across. Because what misses in children’s lives these days is it’s really an emotional dissect of what goes around us, which doesn’t train them to define their own emotions. And the more they grow, the more experiences happen to them, they accumulate the inability to represent themselves emotionally, to show up emotionally, to be able to understand their own emotions because they don’t have a language of what the interaction with the outer world does and possibly can do to them and what they can do to it. You know, it’s an equal exchange, in the sense of not having a specific language for emotion can alter how someone then goes about a situation. Because they might not know how to be present emotionally to a situation. They might know how to be present mentally, like with attention, but they might not be able to understand the situation on an emotional level and the impact of the actions and consequences that might happen from making a choice without the emotional understanding of the situation. Meaning, the womb of our thinking is what our thinking comes from, and it’s developed by understanding what contains it, what’s present in it. Because once you know what’s present in it, you know how to contextualize it. When you know how to contextualize it, then you also know how to express it, because you formed the language to contextualize a feeling that you can then word out. And this is probably possibly the biggest lack that our society has these days. Emotional regulation comes from understanding the emotion itself. If you don’t even understand the emotion, you don’t understand. An emotion is really just the presence of energy, presence of energy that needs a title, you know, in the sense of when we feel something, we feel the feeling, like we feel intensity. But intensity means, can mean a plethora of things. The understanding of what the intensity is speaking to us individually specifically, it’s rooted in the memories of all emotional moments in our lives and how they were addressed, how they were experienced, how little or in surplus they were explained. All of those go to impact both the memory of the intensity and the memory of the intensity gets attached with the conceptualization, contextualization that’s gained from the outer realm mixed with the inner realm. Yeah, if the inner realm already has intensities that have been coined or have been attached to specific contextualizations, then it might misrepresent or misinterpret an intensity that’s happening in our life that does not have a conceptualization within our realm of memories. It’s understanding that our intentions, they’re partially free-willed and partially willed by the mind that we have cultivated over time. The mind that we’ve cultivated over time is the same mind that gives us a specific type of thinking based on circumstances, based on things and how we relate and how we react to things. Because if you’re someone that has taken the active practice of understanding things and asking questions about things, you’re creating a stronger relation with questioning things, dissecting things, understanding things, analyzing things, assessing things and giving an active contextualization with words through language to circumstances. Which means that you’ve cultivated the womb of your thinking to think in that specific way, which gives you the ability to then think in that way more, or thinking that is related to that frequency of thinking more, like second nature. And when you do that, when you actively engage the mind to understand something, it’s easier because it’s an added layer to a womb that you would have already cultivated to be so and do so without you actively thinking about it, the same way that we learn how to walk without thinking, or how we do routine things naturally without being super present about it. Because it’s something that we do so often that we don’t have to think about it. So we can do more things because we can think about other things in correlation or not in correlation to it. You can possibly think about what you have to do at 8 p.m while you brush your teeth. That ability itself, it’s something that’s been practiced so much that it’s become second nature that doesn’t need other thinking. And the more you keep on actively thinking in a way that is in alignment with your subconscious that you would have cultivated to do understanding, to do challenging, to do all the things that require the mind to be more actively looking for the truth of a situation, the more you cultivate the intensity at which it does so as well. Because when you understand the mind of emotions, you understand that the mind of emotion, it’s all about intensities. It’s all about labeling things, labeling motions and movements of the energies that we coexist with. And if we can do that at least by creating a manual to society that incorporates everything about society in one place where people can at least know the very basics of society. Let people learn the pattern of understanding through learning the understanding of society, and they can take care of their own individual self as well in the process of understanding better how society runs so that they can understand better their individual relationship Relationship with it all, so that they can better see their place in everything that they interact with on a different basis. Their place, their contributions, because we, majority of people contribute to things that they don’t fully understand. We contribute to a legal system that we don’t fully understand. We contribute to our constitution that we don’t fully understand. We contribute to rules that we don’t fully understand. So it’s important for the people to have understanding, further understanding into the systems in which they contribute to on a daily basis, and from there gain understanding of their sense of identity, aspects of their sense of identity that they didn’t necessarily have access to because it wasn’t provided for. We can easily create a manual of society by simply all contributing to it, by simply all explaining their own contribution to it so that people can see and understand what goes into it as well. It’s important that we do so, especially because we were never given a manual to life. We can give a manual to society, which has us see more to life and the life that we live. It shapes the ways in which we identify with ourselves. So imagine being a child, having access to this as a teenager, in your forming years. And with technology, we can also create a whole ecosystem of it that live, that adapts with the movement of its inner society, so that everyone has access to the life of its society in one place, not as content creation that adds individual emotional residue, but a platform that has all the numbers, all the reasonings as well to certain decisions. Why are certain political decisions made? Having a note next to it: this was taken into account. Having the numbers of how many people have lost their jobs during that specific moment in time. Because it gets filed directly to Petromarci, for example. Our life, our circumstances are all tracked, so everyone can be updated about it, so that everyone can see how they can contribute to it. If someone has excess jobs and they know exactly who has lost their job, or at least have a place where… And this is how, technically, some governmental bodies have different aspects of, but there’s not one that houses it all. And that’s the issue, because it also creates miscommunication between the different departments. And the miscommunication between the different departments, it will create the most friction of all, for both sides. Because on one side, one might not know some information about another department, and when the situation that requires the understanding of that department happens, then they don’t know how to actually assist to the situation before it escalates. And that’s super important, because if someone doesn’t know how to move a circumstance because they don’t have an overview of the circumstance and the different things that influence it, they can make decisions that, yeah, create friction both for the person and the company, and the person on the other side as well. I’ve personally experienced it in so many different levels on both sides. And what I was describing, as universally how women and men learn, it is through experience and understanding what the different subjects of matter, for example taking into account socialism and ontology and psychology, the answers are there, and biology too. The answers are there. It’s making the right connections with the right definitions, but the answers are there. Put together an essay slash research about it, about it all.
