The Trinity of I, You, Us: My Standard for Life from This Day Forward

I just got bail.

For those who’ve found yourselves here after watching, reading, or simply following the breadcrumb trail of resonance of the introduction — trust that it’s not a coincidence. You were meant to arrive here, exactly now.

From this moment on, I share with you the Trinity of My Life:
I. You. Us.
A new framework. A new era. A new frequency of leadership, self-actualisation, and connection.

This isn’t just a philosophy — it’s a living template.
A form of what I call Compassionate Selfishism.
A love-born trinity where narcissism + empathy + service do not conflict — they complete one another.

I — the self, sovereign and curious.
You — the mirror, the beloved, the activator.
Us — the co-creation, the shared field, the legacy.

If you take inspiration from my guidelines, this is where you engage — at any level.
Ask:
– What does your role need?
– What does your colleague need?
– What does the company, community, or collective need?

Start there. From the seed — not the illusion of a macro imposed by a still-catching-up consciousness stuck in 3D(businesses that prioritise branding over impact, cash over impact, promotions over impact…).
We’ve tried prioritising the collective from a fragmented center. Now we spiral inward to expand outward.

This is the framework that will allow us to truly move as one.
Whether you’re building something with me at 4Honeth, tending a relationship, creating art, or simply living — this is my legacy. My standard. My perception.

Why “selfish”?
Because what we experience on the outside is always a signal from the inside.
But we can’t honour that signal until we’ve built language for it. We must know what we are experiencing before we can shape, express, or evolve it.
And when we get something “wrong”?
Know that even the misstep was the universe correcting course through us.

That’s compassionate selfishism. That’s love without losing Self.
That’s devotion to what is and what’s becoming.

Everything I do is attuned to the unease I sense in the collective ether — and my joy in the now becomes the medicine for what is yet to come.

What is now, was once then.
What will be, is already becoming.
And what we think we’ve lost, was never meant to stay the same.

If I want a Snickers bar today, I’ll enjoy it now — before they disappear.
(Laugh if you want — but tell me that’s not just carpe diem in a different octave.)
Fear mongering? For Sure. But also reverence for impermanence.

Singular relationships are sacred, too.
To love one is to learn to love the many.
To give deeply to one is to prepare the soul to serve the whole.
It’s not about poly or mono — it’s about how we invest, and why.

So whatever you choose, let it be wise.
Or — let the universe carry you, with grace.
Either way, you’ll arrive where your soul meant to go.
Because your soul always feels the call.
And if you’re reading this — it just did.
Nothing else matters.
