We are all addicts.
Let that settle in without judgment.
Whether your focus is gambling, masturbation, secrecy, social media, sugar, surrealism, drugs, shopping, information, magic, marijuana, alchemising, overachieving, or even keeping up with the Kardashians—addiction is not a flaw.
It is a portal. A frequency. A teacher. An echo of the soul crying out for expression in a system that taught us to consume instead of create.
And yet, in 5D consciousness, there is no shame in what once consumed us. There is only the opportunity to redeem and redirect.
We do not restrain. We expand. We do not shame. We channel. We do not exile any part of us into the 3D shadows. Because anything we leave behind, anchors us back to the density we worked so hard to alchemize.
So we claim it all. Every preference. Every pull. Every guilty pleasure. And we speak to them like sacred contracts. Like soul agreements awaiting re-signature at a higher octave.
Addiction Is Creative Energy Without a Conduit
What if addiction is not about lack of willpower, but lack of outlets?
What if it only feels like “too much” because we’ve been taught to channel our divine fire through straws instead of rivers?
When the energy pathways of creation are clogged by fear, trauma, past/future loops or unprocessed beliefs, we narrow the stream. The fire still comes. But without clear direction, it begins to burn us instead of build for us.
This is why we open our Humanism Detox Centre—not to strip anyone of their desires, but to show them they were always designed to run high voltage.
We help widen bandwidths. Loosen valves. Unclog the sacred plumbing of creativity. So what was once compressed into compulsive behavior can now pour into music, gardening, storytelling, dance, building sanctuaries, writing books, community care, sacred finance, 5D business, or a future that excites your DNA(found at the end, but not many will catch it).
Addiction wasn’t the problem. It was the only place your soul energy had permission to flow.
5D: Where Nothing Is Banished
In this octave, we don’t “get rid” of parts of ourselves. We don’t pathologize, isolate or cast out what society has deemed wrong. That only exiles energy into the underworld of the psyche—making it even louder.
Instead, we love it into a new job description.
In the 3D, alcohol lowers vibration. In the 5D, we craft alcohol that elevates. Elixirs that calm the nervous system and awaken the soul. Botanicals that remember.
In the 3D, marijuana numbs. In the 5D, we relate to her as a plant spirit, an elder, a creative co-pilot. The difference isn’t the substance. It’s the intention, the ceremony, the awareness.
Nothing is off-limits. Nothing is shameful. Everything is an invitation.
What You Resist, Persists
Pendulum logic. What you pull too hard toward you, escapes your grip. What you push away, boomerangs harder. ( a friend channelled this beautifully)
So in this centre, we walk with the drunk. We don’t pull them into higher vibration. We meet their higher self already there, and let them remember it for themselves. We expose them to new frequencies, not by suppression, but by showing them choice. Not every craving is a problem. Some are just echoes of unmet parts of you asking to be heard.
Creation vs Consumption: The Real Balance
We’re not here to become abstinent monks. We’re here to become whole.
We will consume. But we will create more. We will rest. But we will birth deeper.
And we won’t shame ourselves for how we learn.
In 5D, there are no distractions. Only miscommunications. If what showed up wasn’t what you wanted, check the menu you ordered from. You can’t expect Michelin star meals from a fast food frequency. You can’t sneak Maccies into a 5-star restaurant and demand it tastes better.
We call in exactly what our signal matches. So we recalibrate the signal. And trust what answers.
Conclusion: This Is the Path of Sovereignty
We become multidimensional creators by allowing our full spectrum to express. We evolve our addictions by expanding our bandwidth. We rewire our nervous systems by not abandoning our preferences, but loving them into new possibilities.
Addiction was never your enemy. It was your calling.
Now answer it with art. Answer it with breath. Answer it with presence.
This is Humanism Recovery. This is 5D. This is the Resurrection of You.
“They say don’t fight the waves—go with the flow. But I say, I create the waves of change myself. Because waiting for someone else to move the tides of my life? That’s a ship I’ve already let sail.”
