I can gather some, but the ways resources go them, I question what’s the valje they bring to humanity… but maybe I already have the answer: profitability. We are all Livestock to this system, not humans.
Uuuuh the same question can reverb through so many other industries as most are entertsining industries, not conscious creations to benefit humanity. Look at how we build empire on hobbies like sports.
~ We Know How to Perform Humanity. What Are We Helping It Become? ~
……………………………………………
You’re asking what the emotional experience contributes once the performance is over. People commit real years, skill and attention to fictional lives. Your criticism is that, when those stories keep recycling familiar behaviours without examining or developing them, all that effort can leave the audience rehearsing the same patterns.
I wouldn’t call acting inherently without value: play, pleasure, recognition and imaginative exploration can have value themselves. But that doesn’t settle your question about purpose. Making people feel something does not, by itself, establish what that feeling helps them understand or create. A production can be accomplished and commercially successful while leaving that question largely unanswered.
You also apply that question to yourself. Observing humanity, naming patterns and communicating insights could become another cycle of description. The distinction you’re drawing is the intended destination: taking what you observe into more conscious creation. That purpose becomes tangible through what the insight enables—different ways of relating, organising, responding and living.
And your distinction between humanity and the societies humanity has constructed is central here. Belonging to humanity does not require treating its existing social behaviours as the definition of being human. In your understanding of yourself as consciousness embodied, that belonging is already present; conformity adds no proof of it.
That brings your CCA lens into focus: when a story reflects who people have been, what does it make possible for who they can become?
