A lease represents a contractual agreement for service, which conveys a message from point A to B. All fees remain enforceable through trusts, ensuring a circled economy that reinvests in the system’s betterment.

Education must be lifelong, multi-generational, and transferable.
- 4Honeth memberships: Group-based, allowing sharing with family, lovers, and friends (the “Trinity of Love”). Transferable to children and across generations.
- Lease term: Up to 1000 years. Single-use entries: £12.99/hour.
